Dinosaurs! part 2

W e spent Saturday night and all day Sunday with Grandma June and Grandpa Lloyd in Colorado. At first the littler kids were nervous to be sleeping in such a big, "creepy" house, but they got over it quickly. When she woke up Sunday morning Sara announced that she never wanted to leave! We had packed all our church clothes in one bag. . . and, you guessed it, left it home! So while Grandma and Grandpa went to church we had our own little meeting and then went on a nature hike.  L ater that day we all drove around, checking out the ranch and the places Kory used to play. Dinosaurs! part 1

W e kicked off the summer with a dinosaur-themed family vacation at the end of May! Hanna and Zane had to miss a couple days of school because Kory started teaching summer term before their school year ended. They didn't mind missing class, and the weather was just about perfect, so it was a great time to go. O n the first day we drove down to Provo, UT, and visited BYU's Museum of Paleontology. It was a pretty cool museum, despite its small size.        The museum is located right across the street from the football stadium, which really impressed the kids. W hile we were in Provo we drove by Kory's and my first apartment we lived in after we were married. The apartment is actually the back part of the house. W e stayed in a Super8 that night and enjoyed the indoor pool & hot tub, as well as the continental breakfast. The next day we drove south to the USU Prehistoric Museum in Price.
