Ezra's Big 6

Ezra had been counting down to his birthday for over a month and was super-excited when the big day finally came. He had chosen to get frosted bakery doughnuts (bought ahead of time since his b-day was on Sunday) and wanted two candles in his. He was in heaven when he saw the candy bar boquet that Kory had bought him!
Birthday dinner was corn dogs, canned peaches, and cottage cheese. Because of my silly arm I wasn't able to create for him the amazing fondant-covered cake he had wanted, but Hanna baked an amazing banana cake and Ezra enjoyed decorating it himself.

The kids entertained themselves outside (we didn't know if Bryan would make it out of that tree!) while the adults visited inside.
Ezra had a great birthday and enjoyed every moment of it. Ezra is extremely spirited, and always keeps us on our toes and having fun! We are so happy he's a part of our crazy family!

Roasting mini marshmallows over a cande, a few days before the birthday. The boys thought that was the best!

I'm glad he had a great birthday! What a cute 6-year-old! I've been thinking about you a lot poor Heather! I'd come up to help you, but I don't think me and my three little kids would be of much help. :) Hopefully Kory is appreciating all the little things you did before and didn't notice. Love you! :)
