Lloyd Family

Our beloved couch! We are doing a little remodeling (converting one end of our long, narrow living room into an office) so we had to get rid of our old red couch. The kids were fairly emotional about the issue, which isn't surprising since it's been in the family their whole lives! We've definitely had a love-hate relationship with the beast, as it's gotten worn out and ugly but still so soft and the perfect place to nap. Sentiment aside, it had to go, so I took pics of them on it to preserve the memories.                 

Down to three trick-or-treaters! (Our kids age out when they turn 12.)  So much less stress than coming up with six costumes and dealing with  all the possible last-minute costume malfunctions! Football player, Brett Favre Knight. Costume sewn by me! Zombie queen.   Our jack-o-lantern: cool concept, poor execution. Ha! Ez, Joz and I went to a straw maze with our homeschool group and had so much fun.  I personally went down the slides multiple times!
