A New Look

H anna decided to dye her hair auburn, just for fun. She bought an at-home kit and I applied it, mostly one-handed. It looks really pretty!

Ezra's Big 6

E zra had been counting down to his birthday for over a month and was super-excited when the big day finally came. He had chosen to get frosted bakery doughnuts (bought ahead of time since his b-day was on Sunday) and wanted two candles in his. He was in heaven when he saw the candy bar boquet that Kory had bought him! B irthday dinner was corn dogs, canned peaches, and cottage cheese. Because of my silly arm I wasn't able to create for him the amazing fondant-covered cake he had wanted, but Hanna baked an amazing banana cake and Ezra enjoyed decorating it himself.   T he kids entertained themselves outside (we didn't know if Bryan would make it out of that tree!) while the adults visited inside. E zra had a great birthday and enjoyed every moment of it. Ezra is extremely spirited, and always keeps us on our toes and having fun! We are so happy he's a part of our crazy family! Lately

Our family's first broken bone!  Playing at the tiny private school near our home. Hanna drives every chance she gets (which isn't often!) Fun kids! The little boys and I went to a preschool show at the newly renovated Herrett Center Planetarium. Joz loved the Sesame Street show there- his first Sesame exposure I'm sure. The wood stove we have been working hard to install.
