As an adult, Christmas comes and goes blindlingly fast. Christmas 2012 is now history, and we're left with some lovely memories. First up, here are the kids assembling "Meat Rolls," a traditional appetizer at Jensen Christmas parties. Anyone with any taste at all loves these (take that Dad and Zac!). You just take a thin piece of lunch meat, spread it with some cream cheese, top with a skinny pickle spear, and roll up. Love them! And I loved that all of my kids got in the act this year. Joziah isn't in this photo, but he did plenty of eating while everyone else worked :) Here are some Christmas morning shots. Good times. Looks like we got a few shots taken from a helicopter here. Ha! Yes, folks, that is Ramen. It was on her list, she got- not one but- two cases, and she was delighted!
